Pre-event consultation
Two weeks before, we tasted the dinner menu and built a cocktail program to mirror each course — botanical gins for the appetizer hour, aged whiskey sours alongside the main.
Signature "Sofia" cocktail
Elderflower, cucumber, Hendricks, lemon verbena foam. Named after the bride and printed on the menu card. Four guests asked for the recipe card before the night ended.
Zero-waste setup
All garnishes prepped on-site. Leftover spirits sealed and returned to the couple. Nothing wasted, nothing missed.
